Variety reports that Bruce Willis will headline a bigscreen adaptation of the videogame "Kane & Lynch" for Lionsgate. Eidos Entertainment.

The movie, titled "Kane & Lynch: Dead Men," will be directed by first-time helmer Simon Crane. Crane has served as a second unit director and stunt coordinator on films such as "Hancock" and "X-Men: The Last Stand." Kyle Ward penned the screenplay.

Willis will play Adam "Kane" Marcus, a mercenary who alligns with a schizophrenic killer named James Lynch. The duo is forced on a mission to retrieve a stolen microchip.
