The Hollywood Reporter reveals that Justin Theroux has been tapped to pen the screenplay for "Iron Man 2." Theroux recently wrote the upcoming Ben Stiller action-comedy "Tropic Thunder." The trade also revealed that deals with Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr. are also shaping up.

"Iron Man 2" is being slated by Paramount and Marvel for an April 30, 2010 release.
