Variety reports that Mike Myers is the latest to join the cast of Quentin Tarantino's "Inglorious Bastards." He joins a cast which comprises of Brad Pitt, Eli Roth, Simon Pegg, Natassja Kinski and BJ Novak. Shooting begins in October in Germany.

Myers will play British Gen. Ed Fenech, a military mastermind who takes part in hatching a plot to wipe out Nazi leaders.

The Weinstein Co. will co-distribute with Universal Pictures.
