Simon Pegg, the star of "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz," announced on his blog that he will no longer be attached to Quentin Tarantino's "Inglorious Bastards" project.
But if there is good news, however, he announces that "Superbad" director Greg Mottola will direct "Paul," a comedy which will star Pegg and "Shaun" and "Hot Fuzz" co-star Nick Frost. "Paul" is described as a road comedy about two British geeks on the run in the United States. Pegg and Frost will later reunite with "Shaun" and "Hot Fuzz" director Edgar Wright for the third of their "Three Flavors" trilogy for a film titled "The World's End."
