The Hollywood Reporter reports that Jason Patric has joined the cast of "The Losers," a film adaptation of the DC-Vertigo comicbook. Warner Bros. will distribute the film.

Patric will play Max, a CIA agent who goes rogue and sets up a black ops team to be killed. He joins a cast which already comprises of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Chris Evans, Zoe Saldana and Idris Elba also star.
