List of the 82nd Annual Academy Award Nominations

CATEGORIES: news

With no surprises here, "Avatar," "The Hurt Locker" and "Up in the Air" scored plenty of nominations across all of the categories. This is the first year that the Academy has allowed 10 movies to be nominated for Best Picture and thus, a wide range of films were selected.

Below are the list of categories and their nominees:
